IBIS is contracted with 9 admitted and 6 surplus lines carriers that provide bank specific insurance. We use a multiple-bid process to keep premium levels low. Once we receive quotes, we provide our banks with a side-by-side comparison that helps the bank management evaluate which carrier has offered the most appropriate renewal terms.
Items needed to provide quotes:
- A copy of the declarations pages and endorsements of each policy up for renewal
- Most recent completed applications. If you have not completed applications for your upcoming renewal, please click on the following links below and complete the applications for the lines of insurance you are interested in IBIS soliciting quotes for.

Additional information may be requested by specific underwriters once your bank has gone into underwriting. Once coverage has been bound, the binding carrier may require that their specific applications be completed. We do not advise that a bank go out for bid mid-term unless their coverage has been canceled or their current carrier is in financial distress.
